The range of Purdey English delftware china items are all crafted and painted entirely by hand and feature designs inspired by English Sporting Scenes from Alkens Characteristic Sketches of Shooting. Published in 1826 this book belonged to James Purdey and is still on display in the Long Room at Audley House.
The desk brick has a central cache pot and is ideal for the office or study.
